The Main Stage
Our main stage sits on top of what was once a green of the former golf course. It's a beautiful setting backed by lots of tree. The seating area is open but we have 2 large tents for shade or rain protection (You'll want to bring your own lawn chairs). We have the very best in sound so there is no bad seat in the house! The show goes on rain or shine. We can move to the Big Pavilion if necessary. The music on the main stage starts at 5:00 Thursday and goes on until 2:00 Sunday afternoon.

Under The Big Pavilion
We have a beautiful 40 X 100 pavilion which serves as our food court, but has music going on over the weekend as well. Wednesday afternoon is Community Appreciation Day and we bring you FREE country music going on all day from noon until about 9:00 PM featuring the Mark Peterson Band to wrap things up Wednesday night. Wednesday is FREE TO THE PUBLIC as an expression of our gratitude for your support all of these 20 years. Thursday afternoon bluegrass starts under the Pavilion and runs until 4:00. The main stage fires up 5:00 PM Thursday. We also have a workshop pavilion and an entertainers pavilion.

Since 2021, The Lakes Music and Events Park has been the home of the Lakes Bluegrass Festival. The Park is owned and operated by The Pine River Area Foundation, also the owners of the Lakes Bluegrass Festival, ensuring a stable home for the event for years to come. We hope you can come out and see our beautiful new park!
Future Festival Dates
Mark your calendars for the future Lakes Bluegrass Festival Dates. (It's always the weekend BEFORE Labor Day weekend)
