Camping reservations for the 17th Annual Lakes Bluegrass Festival August 23 – 27, 2023 are now available for purchase online through our new camping reservation plus concert tickets purchase portal. Online purchases will have customary per item and total cart fees added by the online ticket ordering software. Online purchase of camping reservations plus concert tickets is the best pricing as Front Gate prices at the Festival will include the same fees as online purchases plus a modest convenience fee. (See “Pricing” below).
Electric sites have a 4 night stay minimum (Sorry, at this time, unless there is a last minute cancellation, all electric sites have been reserved for 2023 – see “Waiting List” below).
Non-Electric sites have a 3 night stay minimum.
Primitive sites have a 2 night stay minimum.
All 2023 online and gate site reservations require at least 1 all-weekend concert ticket to be purchased which will automatically be added to the cart when a site is selected. Additional concert tickets may be selected in any quantities and combinations. If tickets only are needed without camping, please go the our Tickets page on the website. The Lakes Bluegrass Festival is a paid event and anybody on the grounds of the Lakes Music and Events Park must have a wrist band for a concert ticket for the days they are present.

The new campsite reservation system is self-serve. Sites that are already reserved are blocked out and available sites can be selected. Note on the new map shown for the Lakes Music and Events Park that we are adding Rows K, L, M and N this year. These will all be Non-Electric for this year with plans to eventually add electric pedestals to them in the future as funds allow.
In fairness to all of our campers and to keep prices affordable, all of our Reservation, Payment and Cancellation/Refund policies will be followed. By making a reservation, you agree to these policies as explained below.
RESERVATION POLICIES:
RENEWAL POLICY: Those who have a reserved site in advance of the current year festival will have the first option to renew that same site for the following year festival during the stated reservation renewal time window. This can be done in person at the current year festival or online up through the date stated that the renewal window will remain open, generally a few months beyond the end of the current year festival. During the renewal period for next year, until tickets are available for the following year festival, the requirement to purchase at least 1 all-weekend ticket will be temporarily waived until tickets become available later and those that exercise their renewal will be notified when tickets are available for purchase.
If renewal is not completed during the renewal window, the site will be made available first to those on the waiting list (see below) for a site and subsequently to others on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Those who get an open site at the current year festival only get first option to renew that site for the following year if there isn’t already somebody with first option on it due to an emergency cancellation.
WAITING LIST POLICY: There is a form on the Camping here where you can get on the waiting list for a campsite.
Electric – You must have already purchased or renewed a Non-Electric site to be put on the list waiting for an Electric site.
Non-Electric or Primitive – anybody can put their name on the list waiting for one of these.
Changing Sites – Sites may be changed provided you have already reserved a similar site (Non-Electric or Electric). Requests to change sites will be processed in the order received and will be honored if a site is or becomes available.
CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY: Reservations made within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable. Reservations made prior to 30 days of arrival are non-refundable except in the case of an emergency. Primitive campsites are non-refundable. No refunds will be given based on weather conditions. Cancellation/Refund requests must be submitted by calling 844-620-GRAS (4727) or emailing info@lakesbluegrassfestival.com to provide the reason for the emergency.
If cancellation is due to an emergency, any refund or reservation rollover will be at the discretion of Management considering the nature of the emergency. If Cancellation/Refund/Rollover is approved by Management, the following guidelines will apply.
Electrical and Non-Electrical reservable campsites – If an emergency cancellation is approved, you may rollover your current year full payment to renew your same site for the following year Lakes Bluegrass Festival or request a refund. Either option requires a $50.00 administrative fee.
a. If you choose to renew for the following year, Management reserves the right to put somebody else in that site for the current year but you will retain the site for the following year. A $50 administrative fee and any increase in camping rates for the following year will be charged.
b. If you request the refund, you lose having first option to renew that same site for the following year festival. You will be notified after the festival whether your site was able to be filled for the current year. If Management was able to put another camper in the site you had reserved, you will receive a refund minus a $50 administrative fee. If the site was not able to be filled, you will receive a 50% refund.
Campsite modifications Disclaimer – As the Lakes Music and Events Park continues to be developed, Management reserves the right to modify campsites and reservations as needed from year to year. Every attempt will be made to minimize disruption to reservations or to find a suitable replacement site if possible.
